In the sunken area between the neck and shoulder

Four fingers below the Amsa Marma both side

In the deep part of the left and right elbow joint

In the deep part where the hair ends at the back of the head, bothside

In the second joint of the thumb, on the inside downwards

in between the bone that connects the thumb and index finger on both legs

In between the joint bone of thumb and index finger

In the sole of the foot, four fingers ahead of the heel of the foot, towards the toes on both legs
